Great, cozy place with shared kitchen, co-working place. All newly built, room that we had was with a balcony with a view on Ararat mountain. Staff was very kind, allowed us to check in earlier.

Everything was clean. I gave this hotel a straight 10 because everything was perfect but the weather, but they're not to blame for that. From cleaning Staff (always smiling) to the waitress in the Cafe, including the Chef, to the reception, all over very helpful and friendly staff. Simple but great breakfast with Fruits / Vegetables (different every day). Some Shops / take aways 30 seconds walk away from the hotel as well if you need anything. Very clean, great bed
