Welcoming and kind hotel team, excellent customer service. Very clean and brand new facilities. The only thing missing is room service we really missed coffee in the room however downstairs coffee shop is lovely to sit and enjoy.

Absolutely great place. Convenient parking, nice breakfast, super clean, fresh and beautifully decorated rooms. Lovely staff at reception. Very helpful and welcoming. Separate comfy bed for a child, what was very important for us. Will come back definitely whenever we visit Bosnia again

Everything was incredible. The room was very clean, everything looked new and of great quality. The wifi was fast. The room was warm, well-lit, and spacious enough. The bed was super comfortable. There were additional blankets and pillows in the closet. Breakfast was good as well. There was enough variety and everything I tried was delicious! The hotel is located close to all the main attractions and sightseeing routes. I highly recommend this place and will stay there again when I am in Saraevo again.

Location of the property is absolutely perfect everything was very clean and in good condition. I would highly recommend staying here.
