We enjoyed our stay at Fortuna retreat very much! Great staff, super helpful. The place is new, super comfortable bed, the bathroom is amazing. We enjoyed outdoors pool and the outdoor greenery

Featuring an extensive garden, a sun terrace with swimming pool, spa treatments and free Wi-Fi throughout, this hotel is 10 minutes’ drive from the Arenal Volcano National Park and from La Fortuna... private rooms with cute gardens, great food at La Saca restaurant on site...very romantic but also family-friendly vibes. I enjoyed the hot springs being on site as well. It was like a small resort with stunning views of Arenal volcano.

Hotell Indalo Adults Only asub Puerto Viejo de Talamanca kesklinnas, Salsa Brava rannast vaid 3-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Hotellil on suur aed, päikeseterrass ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Very nice and friendly owners (couple), good suggestions for excursions in surroundings.

Hotell Ballena Rey asub Uvitas, 2,6 km kaugusel Uvita rannast. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, aed ja terrass. Selles neljatärnihotellis on ka keemiline puhastus ja turismiinfo. Exceptionally good value-for-money. Small (about 14 rooms), modern, hotel in a good location for visiting various places e.g. Catarata Uvita, Nauyaca Waterfalls, Parque Nacional Marino Ballena, Hacienda Baru Wildlife Refuge. Many evening dining out options in the local vicinity, although the hotel owner told us there are plans to offer an evening meal option at Ballena Rey very soon. We had room 12: good balcony space, with 2 armchairs, small table top and 2 stalls, cacti at each end of the balcony, ceiling fan; the open plan kitchen and living room area was spacious, with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, 2 armchairs, TV, table and 2 chairs and sufficiently equipped kitchen (though 2 rings for cooking would be preferable to the one ring provided) and good-sized fridge/freezer; spacious shower room with hot water (some of the places we stayed at during our 31 night trip didn't have hot water); bedroom - reasonably comfortable bed, hanging and shelf storage space, air-conditioning and ceiling fan, one bedside table. Very good buffet breakfast - the breakfast ladies did a great job and it was lovely to be able to choose what you wanted, how much you wanted, in what order etc. Very good cleaning service provided in the room and in the hotel grounds. Lovely pool, which we made good use of. And the staff were all very friendly! We really enjoyed our stay at Ballena Rey and were sorry to leave.

Situated on the banks of River Baru, Hotel Villas Río Mar is also within a walking distance of 900 metres from the Village of Dominical. Hidden treasure. Unfortunately we chould spent just 1 night. Excelent food for dinner and amazing choice for breakfast.

Located in La Fortuna town, San Bosco Inn offers an outdoor pool and lush gardens, free Wi-Fi in public areas and rooms with garden views. The Arenal Volcano is 5 km away. Great location in La Fortuna. Pool and breakfasts were great and the access to the thermal pools we had as part of our booking were an amazing bonus.
