Es gibt überhaupt nichts auszusetzen, das Personal ist schlicht der Hammer. Voll dienstleistungsorientiert, superfreundlich und extrem aufmerksam. Beispiele gefällig? Der Safe war vom Vorgänger noch zu, innert 5 Minuten wurde entsperrt. Ich musste früh raus wegen einem Ausflug und stand schon am 07:10 beim Frühstück. Sorry, wir öffnen erst um 07:30.. Ach Sie müssen weg: Platz nehmen und wir machen eine Ausnahme. Das Notlicht in grün stört beim Schlafen, es wird auf Wunsch abgedeckt für eine gute Nachtruhe. Einfach nur toll hier.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful; they treated me like a friend. They supported me with all my questions, gave great recommendations about places to visit, and were always there with their sincerity. The location of the hotel is very good. It’s in Monastiraki Square and only a few minutes away from the metro station. This made exploring the city very easy and getting to the airport was also very convenient, which is one of the most stressful parts of traveling for me. The staff made me feel very comfortable about this as well. On my last day, they gave me ideas for activities, and when I thought I might miss my flight, they reassured me. Walking everywhere was very easy and enjoyable. The room was very good in terms of comfort and cleanliness. It was spotless, and every detail was well thought out. The breakfast was very filling; I didn’t lose energy while walking around, and I didn’t feel the need to eat for a long time. This hotel not only offered a comfortable stay but also made me feel like I was at home. If I go to Greece again, I will definitely stay here again.
