Paul, the owner, greeted us upon our arrival and suggested some wonderful places to dine... all of them were delicious! 😋 I have already recommended Hotel Maximus to a friend who's traveling to Rome next year. The location is great. Close to Termini Station, stop #1 for the hop-on-hop-off bus, and lots of fabulous shops and dining options.
