Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location was fantastic! The hotel and room was very nice, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was great! They had options between fresh omelette or pancakes along with the usual buffet selection.

Muy bien todo, limpio y cómodo, Wafaa la chica del recepción fue muy amable me recomendó muchas cosas, me permiten check in temprano. La verdad es muy recomendable.

The entire team was incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. From day one, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed – taxis, recommendations, daily plans, even small surprises in my room. Everything was thoughtful and done with heart. The hotel is super clean, modern, and perfectly located in the city center. The breakfast was authentic and delicious, and the sauna, steam room, and gym were a real bonus – clean, relaxing, and well-equipped. A special thank you to the reception team, especially Sabah, who was always smiling, always present, and truly made me feel at home. If you’re coming to Aqaba – don’t think twice. This is where you should stay.
