What I liked about the hotel is the interaction with the local people. It offers local touch in the reception; the hotel had a lovely shop which visitors can buy locally sourced/crafted gifts. Common area had an inviting atmosphere. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful to recommend activities in Koumak.

"Tom" Chez Tom et Dilou se nachází v destinaci Koumac. Jen 1,8 km odtud je Pláž Plage de Pandop. Na místě je terasa a využívat můžete také bezplatné Wi-Fi a neplacené soukromé parkoviště. It is very clean and cosy. It is central and close to the restaurant. Was a nice stop when we drove around New Caledonia.

The staff were so warm and friendly, and they always took the time to answer my questions and find out information for me. I felt like they went above and beyond to serve me, which was so lovely. I was even upgraded to a better room before my arrival! I loved the location and all the artworks around the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and in a beautiful space in the garden. I also really appreciated the free water fountain in the corridor and having a fridge in the room. I would stay here again if I come back to Noumea :)
