Conveniently set in the centre of Auckland, voco Auckland City Centre by IHG provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. I had to do an early check-in and informed them in advance. When I walked in at around 12-13:00, staff accommodated me immediately and I got upgraded a room by being a member. I was able to check-in easily greeted by a welcome message on the tv when I came in my room, and the location is amazing!

They helped us with our luggage from and to our car, gave us great dining recommendations. Luggage storage past checkout was no problem at all. Our room was SO clean — overall truly superb with lots of lovely amenities. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone!
