Gorgeous boutique hotel just off the main pedestrian street. The reception is not manned all the time but entry is with the key card or with a secret code. The lady on the reception who checked me in, was lovely and very helpful. My room was like a Junior Suite! It had a separate sitting area which also had a desk - perfect for those visiting for business purposes. Very stylishly furnished - like something out of a magazine. Plenty of storage - cupboards in the entry hallway and also in the bedroom which had a safe.

Lokacija hotela je zaista fantastična, u blizini svega što vam može zatrebati. Sobe su prostrane, veoma čiste ilijepo uređene, što čini boravak vrlo prijatnim. Posebno bih izdvojila ljubaznost i profesionalnost recepcionera Jovana, koji je svojim stavom i uslužnošću učinio moj boravak još ljepšim. Veliko hvala na svemu! Topla preporuka za ovaj hotel – definitivno bih se vratila!

Hotel Balkan for me is super fantanstic! It is comfortable, cozy, and inviting—like home. I stayed for 5 nights and I was extremely satisfied of their service and warm hospitality. I did not quite get the name of the lady at the front desk the day I checked in, but she was super nice and very much approachable (special thanks to you). She showed me around while I was just chilling and taking some pictures. The interior design was admirable and beautiful! By the way I loved the scent at the reception lobby. I feel like staying all the time😊 Great location and super clean. The breakfast was great as well. My thumbs are up, higly recommended.👍👍👍
