The hotel is great. Location is superb, quiet, out of the village and prime access to great hiking, not far from the lake. The room is phenomenal. Great size, great interior, warm, comfortable and stunning views. Staff are super friendly and the food is great, if not quite as good as in other hotels in the area. The spa offers good facilities for hotel guests only, so the size works. The steam room is about the only thing that is below par, it is small with awkward and uncomfortable seats. Overall the value for the prize is very good indeed.

The hotel is modern and clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. A good place to stay along the cycling route to Munich.

Austria was never on our list of favorites until now, but since we stayed with the Messner family in the "PUREST", that has changed. What a great place to stay, with fantastic attention to detail and an absolute feel-good atmosphere. The penthouse was impressive with its elegance, coupled with minimalism, design and spaciousness. The fantastic view, the location and the peace and quiet that came with it allowed us to quickly escape from the stress of everyday life and "unwind". Even when the weather wasn't so great, the relaxation factor in this apartment and in the "PUREST" in general was sensational - and even the misty mountains and rain had their charm. Ms. Messner knows her craft through and through, and is always very warm, professional and courteous. It is to be highly commended that the house is not designed for quantity but for quality - if you value something special with a penchant for perfection and service, you are in absolutely perfect hands here. Bettina was very helpful, and especially accommodating when our flight was delayed and we arrived more than 24 hours after expected. It was great to get late check-in and arrive to a clean and cozy apartment! It's a nice location, very close to one of the cable cars and a bus stop, and only a short walk to the lake. The apartment is spacious, and the bread service is a nice touch.

very spacious apartment which is very clean. Kitchen with basic spices and cooking oil is good as a lot of apartments do not offer these. Apartment is also located near to good hiking points
