Beautiful room, nice breakfast, friendly staff, good view of the Matterhorn just outside of the hotel. They offer a buggy service to the station if you don’t want to drag your luggage thru the town, about 10mins walk to the station.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Zermatt. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, and a bakery. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. A thoughtful touch was the provision of a fan, which made the top-floor room pleasantly cool even in warm weather. The newly renovated spa and gym area were a highlight – modern, serene, and a perfect place to unwind. My wife particularly enjoyed a very relaxing massage, which added an extra level of comfort to our stay. We also appreciated the free tea and coffee served in the afternoon, and the extensive breakfast buffet, which was simply excellent. Dining in was a pleasure, with a good variety of restaurants offering delicious local cuisine right on-site. We were celebrating our anniversary during our stay, and were touched by the personal note and chocolate surprise in our room – a lovely small gesture that made our day even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, service, and convenience in Zermatt!

Room, breakfast and restaurant were excellent. Staff went out of their way to welcome us and anticipate/fulfil every need. Our room had a sauna and steam arrangement, and a large balcony overlooking the Matterhorn. We did not use the hotel spa.

We had a view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. It was unfortunate that our stay coincided with a freak storm which deposited more snow at the time of year than normal. We lost power for a time and with the amount of snow around what otherwise would have been a short distance to food outlets and the centre of town became impossible. If the amount of snow was not there the hotel is a 6 minute walk from the centre of town and well located. We were particularly appreciative of Yolanda who was absolutely fantastic. The snow however was magical after the storm and it was fortunate the trains re-opened when we were due to leave. Otherwise we were very happy with the hotel which is a lovely property.

    Beautiful boutique hotel that felt like a proper relaxing break. Perfect place to come back to after a big day of adventuring and decompress. All the decor and fit out felt architecturally designed and the whole stay felt like a real treat. Staff were friendly, the Spa area was amazing and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of options.

    Very good experience overall. Very well located in the village with an amazing view. New interior design of the room that’s very clean, spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony is just amazing. I loved the fact that they installed swings on the balcony. There was an outdoor jaccuzi with a matterhorn view and a 2 saunas that we enjoyed. Breakfast wasn’t bad but they can add more choices and varieties. Ordering an omelette was for extra charge which is not supposed to. It will remain a good stay anyway.

    Family owned and care exuded on staff whom seemed empowered to take decisions and happy to work there. The very friendly, welcoming and helpful receptionist late at night was unforgettable - cheers :). Head bartendress understood your tastes, and was impressively creative, presenting stunningly beautiful and delicious cocktails. The interior design was a mix but definitely had a personal warm touch.. unlike 5 star corporate hotels. All amenities and services at your disposal. The masseur, amazing!!!
