Staff were professional but heartfelt , in every aspect of comfort, attention care, they liked there jobs and it showed, the company aim to please at the Hilton, our dog was happy , we were happy, breakfast natural hunny on the scraper was divine, the fireplace terrific . I want to live there , lol , if I could have . Retirement a5 Hilton what a dream.

    The room was generally quiet, although the design of the hotel means that any noise in the corridor will reverberate through the room. The room was large (beds for 3) and was fairly comfortable. Check in was painless. Bathrooms & kitchen were spotlessly clean & there was adequate utensils for preparation of meals. Appreciated the undercover parking & the short walk to the main commercial area of Lake Taupo. A recommended budget stay.

    Beautifully designed and furnished, all the little details thought of. Like a holiday within a holiday! The spa was perfect and the garden lovely. Even though the main house is located just over the garden, we felt we had complete privacy and comfort.
