We loved our stay at Pension Rudolfshöhe. Flo and his partner were really nice and helpful, accomodating our request for earlier breakfest and giving us great tips how to spend our Saturday before heading home. The room is big enough and cosy with beautiful view on the hills and the lake. Breakfest was delicious and a lovely gentleman made us great scrambled and fried eggs. The pension is very close to town with shops, cafes and restaurants, but quiet at the same time, so you can relax after a long day by the lake or on a racetrack :)

Haus Salzkammergut er staðsett í Obertraun, 5 km frá miðbæ Hallstatt og 400 metra frá Hallstatt-vatni og ströndinni. Þaðan er útsýni yfir útsýnispallinn Fimm fingra. Mark and Jane were such lovely hosts. You can truly tell they take great satisfaction in making you feel at home. They've been hosting guests for such a long time, meaning every detail to make your stay more comfortable has been taken care of. Highly recommended.

Landhaus Fay B&B er rekið af enskri fjölskyldu og er staðsett í þorpinu Perneck, 3 km frá Bad Ischl og nærliggjandi vötnum í miðbæ Salzkammergut-svæðisins. Mark and Nikky were very welcoming hosts, they made our stay very comfortable. Mark also gave us loads of help and advice in planning our trips and hikes in the area. The BnB is a really pretty, traditional house in a stunning, quiet village. The room was really comfortable and homely, and very clean. We really appreciated that the hosts made an effort to make sure we had plenty of vegan things to eat for the breakfast (since we are vegan). Overall, we loved the friendly and laid back vibe of the BnB.

Hotel Garni Anzengruber er aðeins 100 metrum frá ströndinni og býður upp á útsýni yfir Wolfgang-vatn. Absolutely loved this place. Felt like home. :) We loved getting to know the owners and enjoyed a laid-back, nature filled vacation! Breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful. Would love to return soon.

Located in a quiet bay right at the shore of Lake Wolfgang, the 4-star superior Cortisen is the first boutique hotel in the Salzkammergut region. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. Perfect lake getaway. Lawn and deck in the back gave excellent access to the lake. Lovely dining and lounging options, breakfast was a dream. Staff was personable and ever-present to refresh drinks as needed. Looking forward to coming back.

The Hotel Weisser Hirsch is an oasis of relaxation in the heart of St. Wolfgang, directly on the shores of Lake Wolfgang. It offers a private lake access and free Wi-Fi. Best location on the lakeside, nice swimming on private beach, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, great sauna, great people

Free WiFi, an indoor swimming pool, a steam bath, and a sauna is provided at Dormio Resort Obertraun, 300 metres from the shore of Lake Hallstatt. Great place. Nice place with very nice facilities. the gym was great, the pool was great. The shop at the reception had everything you need for pretty decent prices.

Pension Bergfried is located in Hallstatt, 150 metres from the shore of Lake Hallstatt. It offers functionally furnished rooms, some with a balcony. The property is exactly as shown in pictures. very near to salt mine and bus station. And a stone throw away from the lake. it is at the side/ entrance of the town centre and so it’s away from the bustling town centre. Very spacious room with balcony. Clean and nice. I even saw a deer crossing in the morning at 5.20am.

Family-run for 150 years and renovated in 2014, Seewirt Zauner is situated right on the historic market square in Hallstatt’s car-free centre and 150 metres from the waterfront at Lake Hallstatt. - Really good and rich breakfast at Heritage Restaurant next to the Hallstatt lake. - Big and with good design rooms. - Really friendly staff.
