Set in the beautiful Trauntal Valley, the 3-star superior Hotel Moserwirt enjoys a quiet location surrounded by the Austrian Alps. A jacuzzi and free Wi-Fi in the lobby are offered. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of options, including freshly prepared eggs. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds (softer ones). The hotel was quiet at night, and there were lots of parking places available. The sauna and dinner experience were also exceptional, with locally sourced dishes and live local music. It's a shame we only stayed for one night, as the area seems perfect for hiking. I would highly recommend this hotel for a truly outstanding experience!

Overlooking Lake Wolfgang, Hotel Garni Anzengruber is only 100 metres away from the shore. It offers free internet access, buffet breakfast, balconies in all rooms and a private lido. Barbara was an incredible host. Full of kindness and knowledge about the surrounding area. A beach bag and umbrella in the room meant that every detail was considered. The private beach made for a lovely get away.

Located in a quiet bay right at the shore of Lake Wolfgang, the 4-star superior Cortisen is the first boutique hotel in the Salzkammergut region. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. There is nothing not to like. Owners are absolutely wonderful and make the entire experience very nice. A rare thing to be completely relaxed after just a day of checking in. The rooms, breakfast, outdoor setup was all perfect. Look forward to returning!

Free WiFi, an indoor swimming pool, a steam bath, and a sauna is provided at Dormio Resort Obertraun, 300 metres from the shore of Lake Hallstatt. Excellent! Super nice place to stay. Great location, lots of activities to do nearby. Great views of the mountains.

Pension Bergfried is located in Hallstatt, 150 metres from the shore of Lake Hallstatt. It offers functionally furnished rooms, some with a balcony. The room was spacious and clean. The view of the mountains was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The location is great - right next to the mine cablecar.

Family-run for 150 years and renovated in 2014, Seewirt Zauner is situated right on the historic market square in Hallstatt’s car-free centre and 150 metres from the waterfront at Lake Hallstatt. The location of the hotel is just purely epic. The scenery from the balcony was breathtaking. Well equipped room with a nice, modern interior. Breakfast was more than adequate. We really enjoyed our stay there!
