Located in the heart of Innsbruck, the city’s first design hotel has opened its doors and enriched the city with an architectural jewel. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms were modern, comfortable and nicely furnishing. Breakfast offering was exceptional. Hot chocolate at reception with sweets and chocolates was a nice touch. Location was ideal for Christmas markets. Plenty of shopping and dining options just outside.

Everything was perfect, special shout out to Krisztina and the whole team made me feel very welcome, which was very pleasant since I’ve traveled solo for a the week. Great location near the lifts, nice sauna facilities, spot on recommendations from the staff and kind caring personnel. Boot room safe and equipped with ski lockers. Very clean hotel which is quiet at night as one would expect (ski season opening week).

One of the best ski hotels I have ever stayed. Exceptionally clean, room very comfortable and location fantastic - a short walk to the ski lifts. The staff were incredible! The choice at breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Cannot fault this hotel.
