Built in 1574 as a shipmaster’s house, Renaissancehotel Raffelsberger Hof B&B is a protected building in the historic village centre of Weißenkirchen in the Wachau. It offers rooms with free WiFi, free parking, and a varied breakfast buffet. Everything was great, accommodation, breakfast, location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Surrounded by vineyards, this 4-star hotel is just a 5-minute drive from Göttweig Abbey and 10 minutes from the centre of Krems. The spacious, individually furnished rooms all have air conditioning and overlook the abbey and the surrounding vineyards. Great hotel room with a beautiful view. The hospitality was the best part of our stay and we could not ask for anything better. The property is kept in the best condition possible, especially the gardens and pool area.

It was nicely served and the portion is more than enough 😁 We really enjoyed staying there, and definitely would go back again! ☺️

Located in the pedestrian zone in the Old Town of Melk,at the foot of Melk Abbey, the historic Rathauskeller features a restaurant serving traditional Austrian cuisine. It offers free WiFi in all areas subject to availability. Excellent hotel and restaurant. Staff were very friendly although reception is in the restaurant so at busy times you may have to wait a bit. The room was big, clean and well equipped. Breakfast offered a wide selection. The hotel is located directly on the main square, a few minutes on foot to the train station or the Stift.

Hotel room looked like a palace with all you can expect: comfortable bed, two seats, a comfortable couch, a table a large TV, view on part of the Stift of Melk, a wonderful decorated with pictures of surrounding views and wine yards.

Ideally situated in the heart of the city of Krems, at the entrance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wachau, the family-run Hotel Unter den Linden is just a few minutes’ walk away from many of the local attractions. Great location, room was large and clean and the price was great. Lady at reception was fantastic!
