Breakfast was a splendid buffet with cold meats and cheese, and if you asked the very helpful lady who was on duty, she'd make you bacon and eggs. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Incidentally, there is paying off-road private parking if your car is visibly loaded with holiday stuff, but if not, there is plently of space in the public parking outside the hotel. The area is quiet and low-risk. Mons itself is well worth the visit, especially if like us, you know a bit about August 1914.
