Excellent customer service. Maria and Adam are amazing hosts as well as the other guys! Way beyond my expectation.Always ready to help and advise on any activities. Love the picnic room, the lounge, 24/7 tea and coffee, housekeeping ladies and the lovely lady during breakfast greeting us with a smile and if we needed anything. Strongly recommended and will definitely come back. Keep up the outstanding work ☺️.

Hotel Alpina yang dikendalikan oleh keluarga ini berada di tengah-tengah resort Mürren yang bebas kereta. Staff is very attentive. We were traveling with 1.5 yo toddler and they helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is cozy. The restaurant is good, food and service are great. Mountain view is amazing. Given that Mürren is pretty expensive and the views are fantastic, it's great value for the price.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains. Everything was just perfect!Highly recommended!

Situated right above Lake Brienz, the Hotel Brienzersee (Garni) offers superb views from the rooms and from the lakeside terrace, the Brienzersee hotel is only a 5-minute drive away from the centre of... The staff and host were so friendly and made us feel at home. The place is peaceful, immaculately clean and full of warmth. The breakfast was wholesome and delicious due to the fresh ingredients. The rooms and the hotel overlook the beautiful lake and mountains. The toilet has a bidet installed. The hotel is conveniently accessed via public transportation and just a 2 minute walk from the nearest bus stop.

From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Hotel Schönegg is a 3-star superior hotel located right in the centre of car-free Wengen, which is only reachable by train. Hotel staff was friendly and understanding. Even though my English is not good, they always helped me in communication. I had two days like a dream. Thank you very much. Food and service were great. My room was clean and of very good quality. The view from my room was magnificent.

The 4-Star Hotel Victoria is situated 100 metres from the railway station in Meiringen. It features a large garden terrace and offers free entry to the Fitness and Wellness Centre in Meiringen. It is one of the best hotels I stayed during my trip. Of course, I will not forget the owner of the hotel and his wife, who provided us with a service that was above excellent, and gave us daily advice about tourist places and the way to reach them. Of course, the hotel has a restaurant that has been recommended by Michelin. Finally, the location of the hotel is very, very beautiful and close to many beautiful tourist places.highly recommended hotel and restaurant.

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. Everything was amazing! The clean and beautiful atmosphere with a touch of history was incredible.

Dibina pada tahun 1881, Hotel Alpenrose yang dikendalikan oleh keluarga ini adalah hotel tertua di Wengen bebas kereta yang hanya boleh dicapai dengan menaiki kereta api. Best stay in Switzerland! Not the cheapest, but the view from the hotel room was spectacular and half board was the best decision we’ve made. My husband and I have made plans to return next summer and stay 3 nights instead of 2.
