The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Everything was just wonderful, the decor is stunning and attention to detail in all areas. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice. The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .

The staff were fantastic! They assisted us with last-minute excursions, suggested a short program tailored to our needs, and customized our meals just as we wanted. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. 4o

The hotel enjoys an idyllic and quiet location above Wilderswil. It offers panoramic views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains and of Lake Brienz and features a heated outdoor pool (open April... We highly recommend this place . we stayed there with my toddler, and they helped us in whatever way they could have helped. View was spectacular 😍 and breakfast was delicious. No complaints at all.

Central location, 5 mins away from train station, right next to small Japanese garden, making it look lovely. We got room upgrade to family room so really enjoyed our stay
