We felt absolutely welcomed by the hotel team and the complimentary services such as tennis courst and bike rentals were more than convenient.

Guesthouse Castagnola ligger i Lugano, bare 3,5 kilometer fra Lugano jernbanestasjon og 11 kilometer fra Swissminiatur. We had a wonderful stay at Guest House Castagnola. The property is beautifully and tastefully renovated, with a perfect blend of charm and modern comfort. Our apartment was spacious, stylish, and spotless, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The location is fantastic peacefully tucked away in Castagnola yet conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to explore Lugano. There are also beautiful walking paths nearby, perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings. Kristina was an exceptional host warm, welcoming, and always available for anything we needed. We traveled with our little dog, and he was just as warmly welcomed and happy as we were. We truly felt at home and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Right on the shore of Lake Lugano, this family-run 4-star hotel offers restaurants, free WiFi, and a south-facing outdoor pool with direct lake access. The centre of Lugano is a 10-minute walk away. Spectacular view and very comfortable, clean and updated rooms. The location was perfect.

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. Staff are super helpful. Very clean , very Swiss professional. Helped with security for my bike, next door in the hotel. Xox

The family-run Continental Parkhotel is located 200 metres south of the main railway station of Lugano, where the funicular leaves regularly for the city centre. Beautiful hotel !! Renovated rooms that look amazing, comfortable beds and fluffy pillows for a great night sleep. Very good air conditioning. Easy walk from train station and very easy to access town centre by funicular. The pool was great and happy hour an extra bonus. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Best breakfast we have had so far in Switzerland. Would definitely stay here again.
