Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. We loved our stay at the Hotel Balm. The property is very well maintained and the hosts were welcoming and kind; our room was spacious, clean and so very comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool with an amazing view was a bonus. The bus 24 stops right outside the hotel so there's no stress about reaching the hotel. The breakfast service was quick; and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Hotel's restaurant la Pistache. Thanks to Hotel Balm for making our stay memorable.

The staff are incredibly nice. The location is very good and it is very easy to get to the city center. The breakfast is amazing, the food is fresh (the bread is particularly amazing!), it definitely went above expectations. We booked the double room in the attic, so we had a private bathroom. The room was very spacious and very nicely decorated. Highly recommend!

The family-run Seehotel Gotthard in Weggis on the shore of Lake Lucerne, 25 km from Lucerne, offers 2 restaurants, a pizzeria, a bistro and rooms with scenic views and free WiFi. I enjoyed a lot a view from my room’s balcony. Very comfortable bed, big room. Stuff was very helpful and absolutely friendly that gave us warm feeling. Definitely we want to come back.

The Lubo - self check-in is located in the center of the city of Lucerne in the historic old town and only a 10-minute walk from Lucerne main station and just 200 metres from the shores of Lake... Everything was very clean and daily house keeping was the best they even put the dishes in the dishwasher for days when we forgot. Hotel is right in the center of old city where all the shopping and restaurants/attractions. It is just 10 mins walking with luggage and COOP market is 1 min away. perfect for family who loves to cook the food

Château Gütsch is set in a 19th-century castle, overlooking the town of Lucerne and Lake Lucerne, with views to the Rigi Mountain. The interior was renovated and designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard. We had a lovely stay at this Chateau. It situated on top of the hill where you can enjoy scenic view of Luzern. Hotel itself is stuning, feel like you travelled back in time.

Opened in early 2013 after a complete renovation, Hotel Lux in Emmenbrücke is just 6 km from Lucerne. It offers free WiFi and free parking. Very good located, to take transport to train station. And reception staff very helpfull. And breakfast was also good.

The Hotel Muenzgasse Luzern is located in the Old Town, 600 metres from the the Lucerne Train Station and Lake Lucerne and features city and river view rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available. Everything was great! the staff, the attention and support, the breakfast, the room.
