Rising high on Mount Bürgenstock, this early 1900s villa offers luxurious rooms with balconies and a heated infinity pool overlooking Lake Lucerne. In one word, perfect!! In 3 words, heaven on earth. The hotel is amazing, the view cannot be captured by any photos. A luxurious hotel, yet the elegance is not extravagant. The staff is amazing, never seen such a willingness to help and serve, they are so nice I cannot find the words. The breakfast is amazing, the infinity pool is breathtaking, and the view and location are amazing. One of the best hotels I've been to. Felt like home and I miss it already. Looking forward to my next time there.

Quirky room, upgraded with a big bath in the center of the room, making for a nice evening even if we arrived late. Port or sherry bottle given complimentary as well. Nice lake views at breakfast.

Hotel v naprosto dokonalé lokalitě mezi krásným jezerem z jedné strany a pohořím z druhé. Dále musím vyzdvihnout skvělé snídaně a celkově i kvalitu restaurace - večeře byla též skvělá. Bonusem je parking zdarma a možnost zahrát si kulečník.

Seehotel Baumgarten se nachází uprostřed velkého parku s pláží u Lucernského jezera, na úpatí hory Bürgenstock. Nabízí panoramatický výhled a parkování. This hotel was beyond expectations. The owner has done well to deliver a fantastic experience. We were greeted by very energetic and friendly reception staff who made us feel like friends immediately. The road to get to the hotel was very challenging, but the reception made us feel at ease by sharing that it is part of the "charm" of the area, and that the locals would be friendly drivers. They have easy access to the lake, with a private beach, an outdoor sauna and a "self service" bar/icecream stand. The view was STUNNING and the whole staff only added to the entire experience. My whole family came away with positive opinions and experiences.
