There is a gracious hospitality offered by the owner, with beautifully presented table service at breakfast. We loved our stay at this hotel.

Piccolo Hotel enjoys a quiet location, an 8-minute walk from the Locarno Train Station and the centre of the city. Most friendly personal, the cutest hotel ever - every floor in different style, very warm and cosy. The location is not in the very centre but there is a bus station 50m from the hotel with direct connection to the centre. Room was cosy, very good breakfast. Everything in this hotel is very personal. The owner will talk to you at the breakfast, the plates and cups are like they've been owned by the owners grandmother ... It's more like coming to one's home rather than to a hotel. I must say one of my most - if not the most pleasant stay ever!

Once a patrician residence built in the 18th century, the Hotel Tamaro can be found right on the banks of Lake Maggiore in the centre of Ascona. The hotel was in a great location, the room was very comfortable and clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the food was great.

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. Stunning interior with the history preserved in the hallways and nice modern comfortable rooms. The restaurant is simply outstanding! Nice interior and surrounded by palmtrees, but what is really extra is the chef, brilliant food creativity! Highest recommendations!
