The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. Great hotel with great coustemer service. Staff were very helpfull and do every thing to help us. Spa including julean hotel spa were superb. Great value of money.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. Excellent hotel with beautiful facilities and amazing service. I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. clean and tiny, good location, warm service, you can see the Matterhorn just outside hotel! Perfect!

Hot tub and fireplace and staff were amazing. My husband had been injured whilst skiing and they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and had everything extra he needed. The host was on call all the time and assisted us with any extra requests and it was a pleasure staying there.

Hotel Romantica se nachází v klidné části Zermattu, nedaleko turistických tras a 700 metrů od lanovky Sunnegga. Hoteliers Michelle and Thor (if I am writing correctly) were a lovely couple. Since going to Zermatt is an experience based travel in a limited time, getting the guidance for our travel from a local was so precious. We had just 2 days and one of it was rainy. With the help of Thor’s recommendations we could made the most out of it. Hotel was so lovely as well. Room was clean and felt like home.

Hotel AMBiANCE s Wi-Fi zdarma prošel v červnu 2014 kompletní rekonstrukcí. Stojí 10 minut pěšky od vlakového nádraží v Zermattu a 600 metrů od lanovky Sunnegga Express. The name says it all: Ambiance. The atmosphere is charming and cozy. Our days started with the breakfast buffet, where we tried everything—it all tasted so fresh and delicious. The rooms were very spacious and featured a cozy balcony, where we sat and enjoyed the stunning view of the Matterhorn. The hotel offered many amenities we loved, such as an outdoor whirlpool and sauna—perfect after a day of skiing. Every single member of the staff made us feel at home. Honestly, it was hard to leave. We loved it.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Everything! The location is great, the staff are very nice, the room is big and clean. Definitely will stay here again if I come here again.
