The pictures online don’t do it justice, beautiful chalet, with a wonderful spa. Just perfect after a great day on the slopes. The fire place and topping up of wood each day a big plus.

Completely renovated in June 2014, Hotel AMBiANCE in Zermatt offers free WiFi. Zermatt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away, and the Sunnegga Express funicular is only 600 metres away. Our stay was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to Stephanie's outstanding hospitality and care. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, arranging a beautiful flower delivery to the hotel. Also crew set up a specially decorated breakfast table for my wife's birthday morning. Their attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made our experience unforgettable. We are incredibly grateful for Stephanie and other staff members' efforts. We definitely will come back to this hotel at some moment. The view from the room to Matterhorn was perfect like in the pictures. We got what we expected. Super cool.
