The property is very clean with beautiful landscape. It’s very tranquil and zen for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean and bathroom is modern. We did experience a lot of ants in the bathroom area. However, overall our experience was great. The staff are very friendly and willing to help in any way. The breakfast was included in our booking and was delicious and plentiful. The hotel has an onsite restaurant which the food and prices were fantastic! I highly recommend Lombok for any future stays. I would definitely return!

I went with my mother (78 years old) and they were extremely kind with her and took good care of her needs, including and awesome massage! They hotel is beautiful and very peaceful. Perfect to rest and recharge.

We had 2 rooms, one in the house, very comfortable, and the dome room was private and romantic.The staff is very attentive and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The food was also delicious! Special thanks for their attentiveness towards my senior citizen mom, they brought food to her room on a rainy night.
