I had a bright, spacious room with a comfortable bed, right across from the conference venue of the event I attended. The location is also good for reaching the old town quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee maker and very good little fridge further contributed to my comfort.

Great comfortable rooms with a big bathroom and separate luggage corner. Very good and plentiful breakfast. You can stop in front of the city gate and the staff will help you with luggage.

Krásné ubytování uprostřed oblasti La Rioja. Výborná večeře v restauraci ihned po našem složitém příjezdu. Ochotný personál, hlavně paní recepční, která nám v čase příjezdu byla velice nápomocná a pomohla nám vyřešit problém s defektem našeho vozu. Ještě jednou moc děkujeme!

This 17th-century palace offers wonderful views in a a quiet, natural setting. It is situated 12 km from the centre of Bilbao, 5 km from Bilbao Sondika Airport. Very nice and quiet location. Impressive building. Good standards of the spacious rooms. Breakfast was well assorted and enjoyed with a view of the landscape around. Within 10–15 min from Bilbao centre. Can really recommend this place.

Designed by Javier Mariscal, this stylish hotel is located opposite Bilbao's Guggenheim Museum. It features a roof terrace with spectacular views. I wasn’t particularly thrilled with our stay. We arrived, were greeted with faultless service, and were in our room resting within minutes. A little chaos or a delayed check-in would have added some much-needed excitement. The room was spotless and disturbingly quiet. I prefer a bit of noise - doors slamming, muffled conversations, maybe even the occasional argument next door. It helps me relax. Instead, I was trapped in a bubble of oppressive calm. Breakfast was served with a stunning view of the Guggenheim Museum, which was entirely too distracting. Naturally, this made it impossible to fully focus on the excellent food. The location was also far too convenient, with everything just a short walk away. I usually enjoy the challenge of navigating public transport, but here, even that simple pleasure was denied. And, to make it worse, my wife loved it. Now I have to live up to this standard every time we travel.
