Located in Garachico, this restored 16th-century mansion is the historic home of the Marquis of Quinta Roja it is just 50 metres from natural swimming pools on the coast of Tenerife. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. From the amenities to the service, everything was top-notch. We were so impressed with our stay that we decided to stay an extra night and would highly recommend the place. The food was also excellent, and we especially enjoyed the variety at the breakfast buffet. There were so many options to choose from, something for everyone. The meals throughout the day were also very good. Overall, we were very pleased with the food.

Mimořádně milý personál. Ještě před příjezdem jsme vyřešili ubytování pro rodiče (75 a 80 let) bez schodů, blízko u bazénu, blízko ke snidaňové jídelně ...super jednání. Pokoje čisté, vybavení starší, ale funkční a nerozbité. Postele velni pohodlné. Posezení na terase - pohodlná polohovatelná křesílka, částečně zastínění terasa. Bazény čisté, voda akorát, dostatek lehátek a slunečníků. Snídaně pestrá, hodně ovoce, dobré kafe, výborná vajíčka. V recepci možnost drobného nákupu, včetně potravin. Večerní bar k příjemnému posezení....

Vracíme se pouze do tohoto hotelu již po několikáté....prostě za nás Top Vyhřívaný bazén, lehátka na rezervaci, velký obchod, místnost s pračkami na špinavé prádlo, dostupnost letiste 10 min, plně vybavené kuchyně na pokojích.....je toho spousta Každý pokoj měl svou vlastní koupelnu se záchodem

Exceptional value for money. Nice and helpful personnel. The hotel is located in the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, thus you cand easily visit the entire old part of town and you have plenty of clothes stores and restaurants nearby (without being on a noisy street). The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, especially when considering that we are vegetarians and we usually don't find too many options for the kind of breakfast that is provided in 3 stars hotels. We did appreciate the check-out until 12.00. The possibility to park the car in the basement garage of the hotel is a great plus. You will understand how great it is after you will spent 20 minutes to find a parking spot in the public parking in the city center.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Everything was clean and lent itself to the theme of the town… Historical. The value for what we spent on the room was incredible. It's the best hotel we've stayed in so far in the Canary Islands. we do not do resorts. We do places like this. We've stayed in seven other places so far on this trip. This was the best! And don't miss the view from the rooftop terrace… Incredible!

Excellent location, in the very centre of Santa Cruz, plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity, the staff and waiters were always very kind and helpful. The breakfast - buffet libre - every day was the same, still very good with decent choices and served in very nice conditions
