It’s like one big happy family. You can feel they enjoy working together — and that joy spills over into everything they do. We felt completely pampered, relaxed, and welcomed in every possible way. Maui Palms is not just a beautiful place to stay, it’s a beautiful experience to have. We’ll remember it with a big smile — and hope to return one day.

The amenities were fantastic, but the staff is what made our stay so memorable. No matter where we were, the staff knew our names and treated us like family. From knowing our likes at the bar to putting beautiful hibiscus on the pillows, I couldn't asked for more. Take advantage of dining with the young man who does the fresh mahi mahi with coconut milk, what a treat! I have traveled many places around the world and this little hidden gem was among my favorite!
