This former church has been tastefully converted, enabling retention of the original features. Auld Kirk Hotel is situated in the heart of picturesque Royal Deeside. Comfortable, well-appointed room which was quiet despite being adjacent to the main road into the town. The owners and their staff know their business very well, and work hard to present a very high standard (e.g., great breakfasts!). The building is a converted church, and retains some characterful features from its previous use. Location is a short walk to the bars and restaurants in the town.

Posizione ottima. Hotel in centro vicino a ristoranti, market e locali; ottima posizione anche per fare una passeggiata al porto. Bellissimo panorama dalla finestra, direttamente sul porto. Personale gentile, educato e sempre disponibile. Camere molto pulite.

The Chester Hotel is a listed building dating from the 19th century, combining original design with striking, contemporary features. Room had everything I needed with nice extra touches to welcome me to Aberdeen. Coffee maker worked great and the coffee chosen was tasty. The bed was super comfy. Tv was a great size. Small things like the shower controls being out of the way of the water as it fell made getting the right shower temp before heading in really easy and convenient. I was able to get up, out and travel about with comfort and convenience while enjoying the very well decorated and appointed room.
