Offering a garden, a terrace and free WiFi, Varaba Country House is a recently renovated guest house 8.2 km from Metropolitan Expo and 14 km from Vorres Museum. Perfect place for a short stay! The transfers were easy to arrange and the location was great, in very close proximity to the airport. The room was cosy and the dinner was delicious! It was a lovely change of pace.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Syntagma Square and right next to vibrant Ermou street. I really enjoyed the breakfast which had a wide selection of food including pastries and local specialties. What truly sets this my experience apart is the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the people. The hosts and team go above and beyond, creating a welcoming and homey atmosphere. Highly recommended for an great Athens experience, with a central location, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and outstanding hospitality.

City Circus Athens features a rooftop terrace and a bar-restaurant, just 300 metres from Thission area and within 350 metres from Monastiraki Metro Station. The front office people were lovely. Well kept property. It's easy to walk around and get the subway. Breakfast was tasty and fulfilling.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, from the warm, polite and excellent welcome, to the lovely breakfast and warm farewell the hotel was superb. I can not praise the staff enough, they are a credit to the hotel. The location for exploring Athens is great, most of the attractions are within 15-20 mins walk away. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Centrally located in Syntagma Square in Athens, Amalia Hotel Athens is right across from the National Gardens. It features comfortable rooms with satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet access. Good variety of breakfast. Fresh squeezed orange juice is a AA plus!

Phidias Piraeus Hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Piraeus, next to the port. Guests enjoy free shuttle service and elegant rooms with free WiFi. Staff was very welcoming, proactive to make us feel comfortable, and helpful in accommodating our requests. Delicious breakfast. Reception desk had little bottles of local homemade syrups with alcohol - and upon checking out we were suggested to take one free of charge. That was a nice surprise, very sweet of them. Hotel is located at walking distance from metro station (direct line to airport). Though bear in mind that you might be needing to disembark from the train a few stops before airport, and wait for the one that has airport as its final stop - as not each single train goes there. Make sure to allocate 2h to reach airport, monitor electronic boards. That specific train will have plane stickers on its windows and shelves for luggage.
