What a fairytale hotel! It’s located in the lower town of Monemvasia overlooking the ocean and the beautiful traditional buildings. Absolutely gorgeous. Everything was clean, beautiful, and historical. We hope to be back.

Built of stone, Bastione Malvasia Hotel is situated in the medieval castle of Monemvasia, just 300 metres from the gate. The view of the sea and the beauty feeling of having the place all to myself. It’s at the end of the island so you feel so away from the busy street life however is only a 3 minute walk to the busy area. It does get dark at night walking back so perhaps plan to use your phone for light at night.

Very cute Hotel on the mountain with fantastic views even from our own room. Beautiful interior design, very comfortable bed and fantastic breakfast served in your own room or on your balcony. Great wine bar with the same fantastic views which also serves small snacks (also very nice).

Set in a mid-19th-century neoclassical house right opposite Kapodistrias Square, the boutique hotel Nafsimedon offers a small garden with palm trees overlooking Kolokotronis Park. location is cery convenient, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and center. Room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is excellent!

Beautifully restored Pension Dafni is located in Nafplio’s Old Town, underneath Palamidi Fortress, 200 metres from Arvanitia Beach. Amazing stuff and great location. Walking distance to anywhere and we found a close free parking

Former residence of a 19th century mayor of Nafplion, Ilion is situated in the centre of the Old Town, overlooking Syntagma Square. It features classical furnishings and rooms with different themes. The place is located in the heart of the old town. it has a cosy atmosphere and our large table wasn’t big enough for all the delicious dishes the kind waitress brought to us for breakfast

Located in Xylokastro, just 15 metres from Pefkias Beach, The Gardens Gallery Hotel boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Excellent amenities, great communication, generous breakfast... It was >40oc while we were there, so the wonderfully efficient aircon was tremendously appreciated. Extremely well appointed and convenient access to everything.

Breakfast was delicious and very plentiful. It was more than we could eat. The staff was so helpful — provided lots of recommendations for dinner, the area, and for our exploration of the Mani Peninsula.
