Located in central Selfoss, these self-catering apartments include a well-equipped kitchen and free WiFi access. Thingvellir National Park is a 30-minute drive away. Very roomy and comfort place right in the center of Selfoss, with kitchen and all amenities needed. Location and host instructions are very clear and easy to find. Walking distance to many good restaurants and shops or just to walk around town to stretch our legs after long day stuck in the car driving. Very reasonable price compared to Iceland standard. We thoroughly enjoy our stay.

Located within the famous Golden Circle sightseeing trail, Héradsskólinn Historic Guesthouse overlooks Lake Laugarvatn, Hekla Volcano and the Eyjafjallajökull Glacier. Beautiful location in Laugarvatn, close to many main sights. Restaurants and grocery in the area are limited.

Tento hotel sa nachádza na vrchu Hengill, 18 km od Národného parku Thingvellir, zapísaného na zozname UNESCO. it's in a remote location but really easy to access to and the great thing is that check in is at 4pm but I arrived earlier (like few hour earlier) and the room was ready!. The staff was friendly and the dinner was good although they have a short menu. Best thing, I was already sleeping and I got the call so I was able to see the northern light!
