I had a really bad experience when i arrived to rome but it all went away when i arrived to the hotel thanks to the reception employees there Valeria and Matilda , specially Valeria who helped alot and kept paying for my parking cause i couldn’t with my phone, the staff was top and so kind all of them , also the hotel was very nice and the room was clean and i will definitely go there if i come back to rome

Across the road from Campo de' Fiori, Navona Queen Rooftop is in a 19th century building and offers a panoramic terrace with a hot tub overlooking Rome, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Gianicolo hill. The staff was super nice and friendly without exception. Matteo and his mom make sure you have a great stay and help with anything you need. The room was nice and comfortable, everything absolutely clean. The rooftop is amazing, you can have breakfast in the morning or a drink in the afternoon with a superb view to Rome.

Alessandro is very helpful and friendly. Easy check-in and check-out. Self-service breakfast, quiet location, cozy and clean room. We walked everywhere, everything is literally within walking distance. We definitely recommend it. We would love to come back again.
