The location was central to the sights of Messina. The Cathedral square was very close with great restaurants and a great atmosphere. Most importantly, Fabio offered us a ride to the ferry port which turned out to be further away from where I originally expected it to be. He also provided us with the breakfast earlier than the time they normally begin!!
