Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices for gluten free. Everything clean and near the tower of Pisa. Distance from Pisa train station is walkable and takes about 20 minutes. Easy check in and check out.

The staff made our holiday special, Elizabeth gave very good advice about restaurants, Francesco helped us with the routes and solve a problem when a gas station charged us more money than was written on the receipt.

A beautiful large room for three sisters on a tour of Italy. A great shower spotlessly clean . Access is via a large door then a lift to the 3 floor where we were greeted by a receptionist. The interior of the building is beautiful. The breakfast room was very authentically Florence!. We had a lovely breakfast there every morning. Juices / cereals/ fruit/eggs / bacon/ jug and cakes and good coffee

Residenza Marchesi Pontenani offers self-catering apartments in Florence, a 5-minute from Santa Croce square and 800 metres from Uffizi Gallery. It features a garden and free WiFi throughout. Everything from location to v comfortable beds to kitchen ,bath was lovely. Esp because other family members also were in another set up and that was noisy and not as good that we understood the difference

The property was exquisite, very well decorated, modern and clean. The location was also very central, perfect to walk around Siena. The breakfast was served at the popular Nannini pasticceria which was a great plus!
