I stayed 3 Heritance hotel in srilanka before but this hotel was the best. Everything was fantastic. Scenery ,staffs and foods was exceptional. Especial thanks to Mr. Muttusamy from front desk for his great welcome and sincere good bye to us. Also Mr. Sampath from the restaurant took really nice care of us. Also Ms. Krishna was really kind during tea plucking experience. My family felt love with tea because of this hotel. As a hotelier I highly recommend this hotel.
