Situated within the UNESCO World Heritage city of Georgetown, Coffee Atelier is a collection of 5 beautifully-restored shophouses dating back to 1927. Charming hotel very central located. Ruby was so nice and helpful she could not do enough for my daughter and I. Breakfast was delicious again extremely friendly staff. Loved everything about this hotel.

Campbell House is conveniently located a 5-minute drive from Penang Museum and is surrounded by a variety of local shopping and eating options. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay perfect. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and very pleasant. Special thanks to Diana, Andrea, and Mr. Lim for their warm welcome and the great conversations, which really made our stay even more special. Thanks also to the chef of the restaurant for the delicious dishes and the friendly service. It was a real pleasure to enjoy his creations. We’ll definitely be back!

From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. Penang is the ultimate winner as The Millen just askd to be re-visted. We'll certainly try. Congratulations to all involved. Thank you.
