Set in a restored private mansion, East Indies Mansion is located in the heart of UNESCO World Heritage Site of George Town. Beautiful restoration of an old mansion. No expense spared. Rooms are large, with aircon and fans. En suite is large . Room cleaned every day, with little treats every night. Nice area to chill and read, with tea/coffee facilities. Superb location in the heart of George Town, with loads of shops, cafes, restaurants nearby.

Noordin Mews is a boutique hotel housed in a historical building in central Penang. It offers an outdoor pool and provides free Wi-Fi throughout the building. If I could I would have rated this place more than 10! Staff is super friendly and helpful and the attention paid to the details is worth staying. We had delicious breakfast and every night they gave us goodnight cookies in a small jar. The room was clean as well as the pool. I would definitely recommend it!

A beautiful hidden gem in the heart of George Town. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast delicious, Judy and Ruby simply lovely ❤️ love this place

Campbell House is conveniently located a 5-minute drive from Penang Museum and is surrounded by a variety of local shopping and eating options. The building is simply amazing, and historic chinese-style building repurposed perfectly for a luxury stay. The staff was insanely kind and well-prepared, they went above and beyond to accomodate our needs, including the dietary ones (gluten allergy). Breakfast was also amazing, it is an a-la-carte menu with lots of tasty and abundant options. The room (Opium) was also beautiful, with lots of amenities like a great bathroom, great bathtub, nice fridge (with complementary tea and desserts each night!), and a big comfortable bed. What can I say, it is more expensive than usual accomodations in Malaysia, but a very good value for your money. Treat yourself. It is also located in the perfect center of the old town.

The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection is in Georgetown, just 3 minutes' drive from the New Central Business District. It has spacious suites with free Wi-Fi. From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. Penang is the ultimate winner as The Millen just askd to be re-visted. We'll certainly try. Congratulations to all involved. Thank you.
