My single room was small but beautifully decorated, with a window facing the canal. It was peaceful location and I slept well. There's a local restaurant just across from the hotel, so dinner was easy. Breakfast was fruit salad, yoghurt, pastries, ham, cheese, smoked salmon, eggs and bacon - amazing. Staff were super friendly and proud of the place they worked. They have two (large) bicycles for rent and the journey into central Utrecht took about 20 mins on a bike.
