Villa Caprichosa Boutique Hotels se nachází na ostrově Taboga u pobřeží Panama City. Nabízí prostorná apartmá jen kousek pěšky od několika krásných pláží. We had a great time in Villa Caprichosa. It’s such a beautiful place. I loved everything there. Beautiful views, excellent facilities, friendly staff, great service. Villa Caprichosa made my experience in Taboga so much better. I would love to return to Taboga and stay in Villa Caprichosa again.

Best Western Plus Panama Zen Hotel se nachází na skvělém místě, jen 8 minut jízdy od důležitých bulvárů Balboa a Corredor Sur. Nabízí nekonečný bazén a střešní terasu s barem. I really like the staffs they are very respectful and helpful nice crew of receptionist at the front (isis big up yourself) plus the janitorial team did a great job room cleaning was excellent big up the lady who was on my floor#11 she can work great worker 👍.

I absolutely loved my stay. Great customer service, swift check-in, room was awesome! I read past reviews before booking my stay. I'm not sure why I saw negative reviews on 'staff', 'front desk' and 'poor customer service'. Again I'm surprised! For the future traveler I'll let you know. My experience was awesome! Yes there is a language barrier if you do not speak Spanish. Nor should that be a reason to say 'poor customer service' because you don't speak the language. Panama is a Spanish speaking country. English should not be expected! However they do have staff that speaks English. I do not speak Spanish and even with my language barrier the staff was very patient with me and still went above and beyond to assist me! But don't let that stop you from booking this hotel! This location is prime for the city! It is close to everything! And a safe location! Always someone at the front desk! Front Desk (Jason and everyone I'm sorry I don't remember all the names) thank you for your patience and your recommendations for restaurants, attractions and other services. Everytime I came in the lobby they knew my name and pronounced my name correctly! Most people who speak English get my name wrong all the time! House Keeping thank you for services! To the breakfast F&B staff (Keily and everyone I may have Keily name wrong, im sorry) OMG! I know how to order breakfast in Spanish now you were so patient with me! You guys are all bomb! My room was the "Global Panama King" and it was sexy, elegant and the views were amazing!!! Worth every dollar!!! That soaking tub yes hot water!!! Yasss it was life!!! I shall miss that shower and vanity mirror!!! I did not want to leave!!! Great work guys!!! Thanks again for your service!!!
