A superb staff willing to assist with everything - book a taxi (no Uber in town), provide details about the city, even open the dining room earlier than 6am,as we had to leave early for our next city. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Room is larger than most rooms we stayed at, and bed is comfortable. Bottom line - an excellent choice in Puno, highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location looking out on the cathedral with lovely parks. The room was really comfortable and warm - lovely window looking out on the cathedral. Staff were lovely and helpful and breakfast was good.
