Lovely spacious airy room, with a really comfy bed. Location was good - on a quiet alley away from the noise. 20 min walk to the bazaar and main centre area. Staff were friendly and helpfully recommended a good laundry nearby.

Located in Chiang Rai, Na-Rak-O Resort offers free WiFi access and colourful air-conditioned rooms. Perfect accomodation near ChiangRai downtown bus terminal and night bazar, in a quite area. The room was clean, equioed with everything needed. In case you want to prepare breakfast you have the possibility to use shared kitcen in the morning (free toast bread, eggs and coffee from the house) - was not the case for us, but is a nice, good option available. We didn't had fridge in the room, but a shared one was available in case of need. The staff is very comunicative and helpfull. One over the other, perfect accomodation for us and our needs - we actually used the room only over night, rest of the day we were out exploring the region.

I guess we have experienced Thai hospitality at its best :) The hosts are super friendly, helpful and recommended us different places to go and it made our short exploration of Chiang Rai very diverse and memorable. We were allowed to check in right upon arrival with a morning bus. We got the nice reliable scooters for a fair price from the guesthouse which was incredibly convenient. We booked last minute and I didn't really check all the facilities, my primary focus was on location, a/c and scooters, but the room had everything we might need and even more (we found fridge, kettle and tea/coffee which was very convenient). Location is very central and close to the bus station (8-10min walking) and maybe 10-15 min to the night markets, but at the same time very quiet at night. Price/value is perfect.

The hotel is themed around hugs and while this may sound strange, the staff really do make sure you feel the equivalent of a hug throughout your entire stay. Everything was so comfortable and the staff was so helpful about every single thing that we almost felt sad leaving the hotel!
