The staff are lovely and make sure that your every need is met. The nights are cold in Guatavita, but the heated sheets and comfortable beds mean that this is not a problem. We used the jacuzzi every night to warm up before bed and enjoy the fresh night air after spending time at the communal fireplace. The breakfasts were hot and delicious. The view of the lake and hillsides is stunning.

The room has internet and tv if needed. Clemencia and Ricardo were great hosts. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and fresh. The property is a large area with many birds and is very tranquil. Clemencia took us on a tour of the farm and we got to pick some coffee berries for the experience. She laso helped us arrange food delivery and was very kind and caring. We were hot one night as we were not used to the humidity and so Ricardo brought us a fan and a large water jug for us. Easy to get to by bus and the town is walkable. Bear in mind the town is on a mountain so there's some walking to do to get to town (around 20 mins). We had a wonderful time at Hacienda Las Mercedes and the coffee was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

The Glamping was clean, modern and just in the middle of the nature, exactly what you need for resting and relaxing. We felt taken care of especially by Benita, we didn’t have a car but she help us arranging everything ( food and transportation). They also have lot of activities that you can book through them. Claro de luna Is located in a secluded area near the town of Guatavita and overlooks Tominé. The dome was clean and very comfortable and had a beautiful view. Perfect for a couples retreat Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money!

Mäevaatega Glamping hermoso amanecer pakub aia, terrassi ja baariga majutust umbes 42 km kaugusel Unicentro ostukeskusest. Majutusasutusel on terrass ja tasuta eraparkla. THE VIEW AND THE ATTENTION WERE SUPPORTIVE, AND THEY HELPED US TO FIND TRANSPORTATION FROM GUASCA AND WERE VERY AFFORDABLE.

The tent features a minibar, a tea and coffee maker, parquet floors as well as a balcony with lake views. The unit has 1 bed. This was by far the best place I stayed during my 2 month trip to South America- the staff were incredible, the location was gorgeous, and the cabin was amazing. I bought the package including rose petals, wine, and chocolate as I booked this cabin as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend, and it certainly did not disappoint! The cabin is nicely secluded with a view of the lake and the staff brought us dinner and breakfast (which was delicious!), and we also had a bonfire and roasted marshmallows in the evening. The staff were so attentive and they (along with their 2 lovely dogs) made our stay incredible! Thank you so much, everything was perfect!
