The reception staff went above and beyond by upgrading my reservation to a better room free of charge. The food was also delicious and fresh. Our stay at North Lagoon was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The property is absolutely charming, with breathtaking views of the lagoon. The hotel restaurant was a highlight of our visit, serving delicious Moroccan cuisine. Another standout feature was the kiteboarding school, our lessons were so much fun. I strongly recommend!
