The room was clean and tidy. The problem was with the shower. We had no hot water from day 1. Ww also has to go across the street to buy a fan as their was none available in the hotel.

Very cozy, clean and welcoming guesthouse. Convenient check-in. Very nice and caring woman who took care of us during breakfast. It is very nice that the kitchenette is open 24 hours a day, where you can prepare coffee, tea and have a snacks.

Mary and James are two amazing hosts in Ballybunion, Co. Kerry, Ireland. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we loved every minute. The bed is super comfy and breakfast is fantastic. Don't miss this gem if you are in the area.

location of hotel was excellent on the edge of Lough Lein. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and Dinner was exceptional. Our hosts, Paul and Annette, were so helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.
