Nice view of the sea during breakfast with a pleasant garden, clean and straightforward room. Run by a friendly couple, with sufficient parking on property. The rooms are all on the ground floor. Warm shower, clean towels, clean bedding. Marie and Peter was very friendly and kind. The Wexford golf club had the best chicken and chips basket.
