Outstanding location, Outstanding Property, Outstanding People! For me this is easily the best place in Geneva from where you could explore everything you may wish to see, especially if you have family. The property is located inside this huge but serene park which is just lovely for adults and children alike, Then the bus stop in front of the property can connect you anywhere, also the Mouette access to cross the lake at your will is fantastic. The view of the lake and mountain was brilliant from the room, the restaurant and the Patio. But perhaps the most important aspect was the people there. The staff were amazingly helpful and I MUST have a special mention for the lady at the front desk (I think her name was Alice Hunolt), I cant describe how amazingly helpful, considerate, sincere and responsive she was all the time. Every time we went to her for something, she would be to the point, very polite and also looked out to help a bit more than we asked. People like her are the biggest asset and I also thank the other staff who helped and guided us when we sought something. All in all, it was an excellent stay and we do hope to return to this place when visiting Geneva again.

Excellent host, went out of his way to accommodated and give us good information, the property was outstanding.

Útulný a příjemný rodinný hotel Tor, který stojí na skvělém místě v srdci Ženevy, pouhých 5 minut od vlakového nádraží Cornavin, nabízí plně vybavené pokoje moderního designu. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was so fresh that even 5 Star Hotels needed to compete with Hotel Tor. I don't have the HP charger of the plug and they provided for free of charge. The bus stop to travel around is exactly the opposite of this hotel and the church, too, with walking 1 minute. This hotel has a passenger lift as a bonus. it is a big room, comfortable bed & mattress with a fridge, a microwave, place to sit and eat comfortably. Towels are excellent size & comfy. water pressure & wifi at top notch =10 points.

The hotel staff where absolutely wonderful. We checked in quite late and were quite tired upon arrival however the check in staff were so friendly made us feel so welcome and advised us of a Christmas market nearby which we ended up attending and it was fantastic
