Really modern, cosy, clean and everything you need. 5 minutes drive to the ferry so no stress in the morning, breakfast was already in the fridge so no hustle. Can't wait to see what you're doing with the rest of the place. We will definitely come back!

Used the house for a night on the way to Norway. What can I say? Everything perfect: contact with landlord easy and effective. The place is easy to find. The whole house is spacious, clean and comfortable. There is tea, coffee (and for those who need it, beer and wine, though not for free, but at a very moderate price). We would love to come back to this place.

We had a fantastic stay at Klitgaarden! The hosts were super friendly and their place is absolutely beautiful (and calm). The rooms were very clean and well stocked, and the family room was really spacious. We all loved the animals - our kids spent quite a bit of time with the goats. We hope to come back one day and stay longer to experience the beauty of the north coast once again.

Stayed for one night and wish we would have stayed more. The surrounding gardens were beautiful and it was a sunny day to enjoy. The room was bigger than expected and everyone slept well. Love the old feeling of the building but was comfortable and homey. Really appreciated the info prior to arrival as we took the kids swimming - which they enjoyed! We had our own car which made staying here convenient. Darby seems like a cute town and would love to come back.

The breakfast was amazing with fresh bread, local cheeses and fruit. Plenty of other options available as well. Both locations, kitchen table and dinning room table were enjoyable places to eat, because you can look out into the beautiful gardens surrounding the house. There is even a patio table outside that can be used when the weather is nice.

Strandhotellet offers pet-friendly accommodation with free WiFi in Blokhus, 30 km from Aalborg. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar, a restaurant with locally produced ingredients, and a sun terrace. Lovely, quiet, cozy room. Ample size room and large bathroom with bath and shower. Excellent location for exploring the west coast of Jylland. Did not spend a lot of time in Blokhus but had two nice walks on the beach.

The hotel looked new or at least newly refurbished. The room was very nice with a big balcony. Staff very friendly. Best value for money yet, in our travel from north Jutland to the south.
