The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff is incredibly helpful and charming. The room was cozy and had great decorations and tons of little teas and coffees and cute pillows it was adorable. The view was great as well and the location really can’t be beat. It’s quite a happening spot but not loud at night.

Definitely recommend booking Brook Cottage if you’re in the area… it’s in a stunning location with wonderful views and yet still incredibly close to amenities, pubs, cafes and the Picturedrome. The attention to detail is fabulous and it’s clear the cottage has been lovingly renovated to deliver all the cosiness you’ll love, with a modern twist. We were particularly touched to see milk in the fridge and snacks in the cupboard, and the number of USB chargers around the place worked well for us too. The property is spotlessly clean and tidy as well as very tastefully decorated - a real home from home.

I wish I could have stayed longer. The apartment is a delight and very comfy, and the location is perfect for walking around the shops and visiting the Parsonage. I felt like I might see the Brontës walking by outside any moment. And Nathaniel is a warm, gracious host. 10/10, would stay again.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere, well worth the price and close to everywhere in Hebden. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the whole house was warm all throughout the night. A giant TV is always a nice touch. This holiday home is worth the money.
